Plastic Mold Type (430nm~1550nm)
Every spectral wavelength from 430nm to 1550nm including 680nm, 700nm, 735nm, 760nm, 805nm and 830nm is available in the package of plastic mold. 5.0mm and 3.0mm are prepared with various kinds of viewing half angle
Stem Can Type (430nm~1450nm)
Alpha-One offers high reliability Stem Can type LED which can be a light source in various fields. Especially, they are widely used as a light source of optical encoders, chemical analyzers, and security systems.
Parallel ray LED, point-source LED and various viewing lens type are available.
Surface Mount Type (SMD)
Small and compact SMD type LED are suitable for the minimization of whole unit.
Ultraviolet (355nm~405nm)
UV LED from 355nm to 405nm is available. Especially, 382nm and 405nm has a high output power.
355nm & 360nm are suitable for photocatalysis and curing.
HIGH LUMINANCE Reflective Mirror Type LED
AOP-series realizes greater radiation efficiency of LED chip, packed on a precise and compact SMD package with reflective mirror inside. The light from LED chip emitted onto the integral mirror inside of the package is reflected outside as the well-controlled parallel beam with higher performance and perfect light distribution.

Output-Feedback type LED: AL130K
For the applications with a highly stabilized light source for precise optical systems, an LED and a photodiode are combined and packaged together.
The photodiode defects changes in the LED light intensity and feeds this changes to an external power supply circuit for the LED. The circuit increases and decreases the voltage (or current) to maintain a stable intensity
White LED backlight module
It can emit perfectly without any uneven light thanks to its excellent lens effect and suitable for the backlight of signboard and indirect illumination. Compared with the traditional fluorescent lamps, LED module can be realized to curtail the total running cost to maintain the whole lighting units due to the lower electric consumption by 1/3 and the longer lifetime of about 60000Hrs. It is supplied as a string which contains 50 LED modules connected with parallel circuit.
